Description of the Right of Withdrawal

  1. The right of withdrawal is the consumer's right, within 14 days of receiving the item, to unilaterally cancel the contract (cancel the order) and return the item without paying a contractual penalty, interest, or damages.
  2. The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal in order to withdraw from:
    • a contract concluded away from the seller's business premises;
    • a distance contract.
  3. The consumer addresses a written withdrawal notice to the seller and, within the period specified in point 1, sends the completed withdrawal form together with the received item to the seller's warehouse: VGP Parks Ķekava "MDL Terminals" noliktava, "Kroņi", Ķekavas pag., Ķekavas nov., LV-2123 Sending the withdrawal notice within the specified period terminates the contract and releases the consumer from any contractual obligations, except for the costs associated with returning the item to the seller.
  4. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the seller is obliged to refund the consumer all payments made, except for delivery costs, as soon as possible but no later than 30 calendar days from the date the consumer sent the written withdrawal notice.
  5. The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the item during the period for exercising the right of withdrawal (including keeping the packaging complete and undamaged).
  6. The consumer covers the direct costs of returning the item.
  7. The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
    • they have purchased goods that are perishable or quickly consumed (hygiene products, various cleaning agents);
    • they have purchased over-the-counter veterinary medicines, veterinary products, vitamins, and food supplements that require specific storage conditions;
    • the consumer has opened the product's packaging, or if the packaging or the product is damaged.
