Delivery via DPD 

 

• - Delivery to DPD parcel lockers throughout Latvia
• - This delivery method is suitable if you do not wish to wait for a courier at a specific time. 
• - Place your order at www.zorro.lv and select ‘DPD’ as the delivery method, specifying your preferred collection point;
• - Payment method – prepayment (online banking or debit/credit card);
• - Maximum weight of goods – 31 kg;
• - Size restrictions (Width x Length x Height): Large locker: 43 x 61 x 36 cm; Medium locker: 43 x 61 x 17 cm; Small locker: 43 x 61 x 8 cm;
• - Once your order has been delivered to the specified DPD collection point, you will receive an SMS containing a code to collect your parcel, which you must enter at the parcel locker. The order must be collected within 6 days.

 

Delivery via OMNIVA

 

• - Delivery to Omniva parcel lockers throughout Latvia for goods weighing up to 30 kg
• - This delivery method is suitable if you do not wish to wait for a courier at a specific time. 
• - Place your order at www.zorro.lv and select ‘Omniva’ as the delivery method, specifying your preferred collection point;
• - Payment method – prepayment (online banking or debit/credit card);
• - Maximum weight of goods – 30 kg;
• - Size restrictions (Width x Length x Height): Large locker: 38 x 64 x 41 cm; Medium locker: 38 x 64 x 19 cm; Small locker: 38 x 64 x 8 cm;
• - Once your order has been delivered to the specified Omniva collection point, you will receive a text message containing a code to collect your parcel, which you must enter at the parcel locker. The order must be collected within 6 days.

COURIER DELIVERY 

 

• - Door-to-door delivery throughout Latvia via VENIPAK courier,
• - This delivery option is suitable if you wish to receive your order at home. 
• - Place your order at www.zorro.lv and, in the ‘Special instructions for the seller’ field, specify ‘courier’ as the delivery method and enter your delivery address;
• - Your order will be delivered within 1–3 working days after you receive an email notification; on the day of delivery, you will receive an email regarding the courier’s scheduled arrival, as well as a phone call from the VENIPAK courier.
• - Payment method – prepayment (online banking or payment card);
• - Maximum weight of goods – no restrictions;
• - Dimensions of the goods – no restrictions;
• - Upon receipt of the goods, please visually inspect the outer packaging in the presence of the courier!
