Hereby I, as a consumer, inform that I wish to exercise the consumer's right of withdrawal, in accordance with Articles 10 and 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

I confirm that I have read the regulations governing the right of withdrawal.

 

Description of the Right of Withdrawal:

  1. The right of withdrawal is the consumer's right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract (cancel the order) within 14 days from the moment of receiving the goods, return the goods without paying a penalty, interest, or compensation for damages.
  2. The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal to withdraw from:
    • a contract concluded outside a permanent place of trade or service provision;
    • a distance contract;

The consumer addresses the written withdrawal to the seller and sends the completed withdrawal form together with the received goods within the period specified in point 1 to the seller's warehouse VGP Parks Ķekava “ MDL Terminals ” warehouse, "Kroņi", Ķekavas pag., Ķekavas nov., LV-2123

  1. . Sending the withdrawal within the specified period terminates the contract and releases the consumer from any contractual obligations, except for the costs associated with returning the goods to the seller.
  2. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the seller is obliged to refund all payments made by the consumer, except for the delivery costs of the goods, as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 calendar days from the day the consumer sent a written withdrawal. Within the same period, the seller informs the consumer about any obstacles, if any, in exercising the right of withdrawal and informs about the procedure by which the consumer can receive the goods back.
  3. The consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal (including the complete and undamaged preservation of the packaging).
  4. The consumer covers the direct costs of returning the goods.
  5. The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
    • purchased goods that quickly spoil or are quickly consumed (hygiene products, various cleaning agents);
    • purchased over-the-counter veterinary medicines, veterinary medical products, vitamins, and food supplements that require specific storage conditions (humidity, light, temperature, etc. restrictions);
    • the consumer has opened the product packaging or if the packaging or goods are damaged.
